Refund policy

All BB Cases products are made-to-order and are not eligible for returns or refunds due to buyer’s remorse or sizing errors. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email bbcases.help@gmail.com within 30 days of fulfillment with your order number, the email used at checkout, and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded in accordance with our manufacturer’s policy.

Please note: All designs are high-resolution printed artwork with a smooth finish. Cases do not include physical embellishments, glitter, or raised textures unless explicitly stated.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
